Post-Construction Cleaning Case Study: Birmingham Salon Suites

A post-construction clean takes a space from “the build is done” to “the space looks finished.” At Birmingham Salon Suites, Kidoti Clean cleaned a build-out of about 2,000 square feet in about four hours — removing construction dust from every surface, cleaning the windows, and finishing the floors and fixtures across the styling suites, shampoo area, and restroom.

• Dust removal — shelving, counters, styling and shampoo chairs, vent covers, and trim, worked high to low.
• Windows — residue streaked across the glass removed for a clear view.
• Floors — cleaned through every suite, the shampoo area, and the restroom.
