Your partner discount comes off the calculated base price — the property’s actual square footage multiplied by the applicable rate for that service line.
Service minimums still apply to partners — $320 turnover, $350 post-construction. On smaller properties where the minimum sets the price, the discount will not reduce it below that floor.
In practice, the discount begins to reduce your price above roughly 1,000–1,100 sq ft. Below that, the minimum is already the lowest we go — for partners and everyone else.
